SHIPPING INFORMATION
WHERE WE SHIP
WE SHIP GROUND ON ALL ORDERS IN THE CONTINENTAL USA.
UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States is dependent on the item ordered.
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. We ship all orders in the continental U.S.A. via Ground. Orders arrive within 2-7 business days of shipment.
HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is calculated using your actual ship-to address and our Air discount rate. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via Economy Air.
PUERTO RICO and US VIRGIN ISLANDS CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is calculated using your actual ship-to address and our economy air discount rate. Items going to US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped via International Economy Air
MILITARY CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is calculated using your actual ship-to address and our Economy Air discount rate.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are not accepting orders for international shipment at this time.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
We process, ship, and deliver orders Monday through Friday. All items are available to ship in 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
We will automatically send you an Order confirmation email when your order is completed on our website. If you do not receive an Order confirmation email, please check that it has not been filtered by your Spam/junk mail filter. You can also check or confirm the status of your order by calling us directly at 1-408-515-5878.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is picked up by our freight company. The email will include your order tracking number(s) and a link to check on the status of your shipment. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE DELIVERIES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is picked up by our shipper The email will include the tracking number(s) and a link to check on the status of your shipment. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.

When you purchase a product from Club Volleyball Gear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return the product(s) within 30 days from the original shipment date for refund or exchange.

After we have received and processed your return/exchange, we will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the purchase or ship out any exchanges you may require. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All returned items must be in their original purchase condition, including original product packaging. All products must be unmarked and not damaged or defaced in any way.
Restocking Fees
Club Volleyball Gear does not charge a restocking fee for product returns. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a fee up to 20% on refunds to cover damage to product.
